First time I've ever had this happen, and I've played over 20 different games on here. This game is un-playable for me. First time, it hard crashed my PC. Second, it lagged so bad the title screen took 5 minutes to pop up, then crashed again as I was adjusting volume.

so i must be dumb. which way do i go to get to the players room? and after that, how do i used the keycard
As soon as the card appears in your inventory, you can simply go into the room
that was not what i meant, but it's ok i figured it out. my problem was that i didn't spot the elevator for a bit.
Someone wrote to me about the missing key after exiting the elevator. Your computer may not be able to save the game
